TYPE LOCALITY: Indonesia, Sumatra, Mentawi Isis., Sipora Isl.
DISTRIBUTION: Known only from the type locality.
COMMENT: Formerly included in spadiceus; see Hill, 1961, Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., ser. 13, 4:731-733, who noted that an adult specimen is needed to clarify the status of this form.
