Description
This release includes includes updates for these features in addition to various bug fixes:
- Only use valid headerlets from astrometry database
- Forced update to 0.8.0 tweakwcs due to non-backwards compatible API changes
- Corrected bug to fix the suffix of the output drizzled product names
- Addressed numpy deprecation warnings
- Fixed the ability to use a command line option, -n, for runastrodriz
- Verify astrometry headerlets and remove bad ones by @stsci-hack in https://github.com/spacetelescope/drizzlepac/pull/1424
- Update code to use tweakwcs 0.8.0 by @mcara in https://github.com/spacetelescope/drizzlepac/pull/1430
- Insure catalogs can be successfully created for all sparse fields by @stsci-hack in https://github.com/spacetelescope/drizzlepac/pull/1431
- Update logic for defining output product filenames with correct DRZ or DRC suffix ( https://github.com/spacetelescope/drizzlepac/pull/1433 )
- Fix lingering problem with numpy v.1.23 support ( https://github.com/spacetelescope/drizzlepac/pull/1434 )
- Fix command line interface for runastrodriz (#1444) by @stsci-hack in https://github.com/spacetelescope/drizzlepac/pull/1445
