Fast spin-up of geochemical tracers in ocean circulation and climate models

This archive contains the scripts used to perform the simulations presented in this paper. It also contains all the data required to reproduce the figures in the paper (with the script make_paper_figures.m). Scripts and data for each example described in the paper are in the corresponding directory (untar the tar.gz files). Within each example directory there is a script run_AndAcc*.m that is the main driver for the spin-up computation. The wrapper function is called timestepper*.m.
