D.2.3 Technical and market review codes studies, national and European certification frameworks

This document gives a review of the current national and international standardization situation as well as standard committees and working groups in the field of solar thermal products and the way how they shall impact beyond the EC support to HyCool project, towards the future certification of HyCool family products. The document also includes the specifications to meet basic requirements in compliance with regulations affecting the systems designed, managed, and provided by the HyCool technology, by establishing the steps towards HyCool products certification process
