Description

Terminalinus sexspinatus (Schedl, 1935) comb. nov.

Xyleborus sexspinatus Schedl, 1935: 271.

Cyclorhipidion sexspinatum (Schedl): Wood & Bright 1992: 702.

Remarks. An image of the lectotype (NHMW) was examined. The species has the characteristics of Terminalinus given above in the generic diagnosis and is here transferred to that genus.

Distribution. ‘Borneo’, East & West Malaysia, Indonesia (Sumatra), Philippines.
