Description

  • minor updates to gtt-gen-SCG-HMMs
    • adjusted some things that may have caused it to fail sometimes
    • it now re-uses the main GToTree-stored NCBI assembly data instead of always pulling its own for each run
    • and also uses latest PFam version again since the interpro folks added back in the data we needed (see https://github.com/AstrobioMike/GToTree/issues/104 and https://github.com/ProteinsWebTeam/interpro7-api/issues/175) 👍
