SafeMut: UMI-aware variant simulator incorporating allele-fraction overdispersion in read editing (supplementary figures, online resources)
Description
This set of figures supplement the paper entitled "SafeMut: UMI-aware variant simulator incorporating allele-fraction overdispersion in read editing" (to be published soon).
Each figure shows the sequencing depth and/or allele fraction distributions of each variant sequenced across multiple batches of the same tumor sample and/or simulated from multiple batches of the same normal sample by different software packages.
