Aspirina en prevención primaria de enfermedad cardiovascular y cáncer colorrectal

Description

El uso de aspirina en la prevención secundaria de la patología cardiovascular ofrece un claro beneficio neto, pero su administración como prevención primaria es controvertida.  Se comenta la actualización en las recomendaciones sobre el  uso de aspirina en prevención primaria de enfermedad cardiovascular (ECV) y de cáncer de colorrectal (CCR) realizada por el grupo de trabajo de servicios preventivos de EEUU (USPSTF).
