Description: the “proctor2022_replication” folder contains the code and data to replicate all main text, extended data (ED), and supplementary (S) figures and tables. Scripts also replicate analyses relevant to the supplementary discussions. The working directory should be set to the main replication folder — “proctor2022_replication” — at the top of each script. All code is written in R version 3.6.3. The figure (Fig), table (Tab), or discussion (Diss) that each script replicates is indicated in the script name, and output is saved in the “Results” folder.
