Description
This data set contains:
- Raw data from seed growth tracking experiments performed on WT plants as well as iku2 and ede1-3 mutants.
- Raw data from endosperm pressure measurements performed on WT plants and iku2 mutants.
- Simulation results from a parameter space exploration of the system of ODEs we studied within the scope of the work described in the manuscript.
