Slide deck of my talk about the biology of phylogenetic.Phylogenies represent evolutionary relationships and observe how relatedness are genes, genomes and species. I also talked about the application of phylogenetic in forensic investigation, in bioinformatics and computing, in identifying pathogen for surveillance and in classification.
