IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES OF PROFESSIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BASED ON AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH

The article discusses the use of certain methods in this process along with the use of certain forms in the development of abilities that help the teacher to effectively organize his professional skills. Also, the author mentioned that one should be able to deeply understand the general nature of the pedagogical process, to be aware of the laws that gain priority in this process, to master the mechanisms of effective organization of pedagogical activities.
