Description

As the name suggests, this deliverable has a twofold purpose. On the one hand, it provides an analysis and a validation of the pilot use case scenarios developed within the  REFLOW project. On the other hand, it provides an in-depth evaluation of the REFLOW project through the experience of pilot cities adopting the "REFLOW Platform", a set of tools, resources, and methodologies deployed by the project to support the development of pilot solutions. 

Notes

This version of the report has to be considered the final and it incorporates the feedback from the European Commission.
