TRACEABILITY SYSTEM AND RECALL PROCEDURE

The companies are increasingly focusing on their clients, in order to achieve their loyalty. Aiming at this goal, are being employed some tools that demonstrate the ability of the firms to keep up with the demands of the market, increasingly ri g o r o u s a n d c o m p e titi v e marketing. As an example of these tools has been the reverse logistics and integrated management system through the ISO's. The objective of this study is to show how much a traceability system can directly affect the cost of a Recall, term which given their scope of use, is employed in this Article. For the preparation of this study were made research in books, articles and field study. Through these studies it was possible to show that the traceability is an important tool, which assists in ensuring the quality of the products manufactured in the whole production chain, allowing rapid decision-making, which can eliminate or minimize the impacts caused by non-conformity of a product or process.
