Characterization of the Martian atmosphere: global model comparison with NOMAD data

Description

Poster for the SEA 2022 meeting describing the comparison between ExoMars NOMAD solar occultation observations retrieved at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía and the predictions of a ground-to-exobase Global Climate Model. The temperature structure and the abundances of CO2, CO, and H2O in the mesosphere (up to ~100 km) are compared.
