Description

To facilitate identification of molecular cell types in the Octopus bimaculoides optic lobe, we conducted high fidelity long-read genomic and transcriptomic sequencing. Here, we provide open access to these datafiles, which resulted in a single-cell atlas of the O. bimaculoides visual system (https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.06.11.495763). Below, we include a new genome assembly and annotation, phylogenetic trees for genes referenced in the preprint, and Cell Ranger outputs. Raw single-cell sequence files will be uploaded to NCBI’s SRA. If any of these files are used, we ask that the pre-print is cited. We will update this depository with citation information when our manuscript is published.
