A short tract on the art of cookery, without title, preface, or author’s name. There, appears at the top of fol. 1^a a heading, added by a later hand: ترتیب بریدن (؟پزیدن) طعام, and the tract begins at once with the first bâb:

باب اوّل در بیان اقسام کهچژی (hodge-podge) .
