Streszczenie

Dolegliwości bólowe są częstym objawem zgłaszanym przez pacjentów podczas wykonywania zabiegów z zakresu medycyny estetycznej i dermatologii kosmetycznej. Skuteczna analgezja wpływa nie tylko na satysfakcję i komfort pacjenta, ale i na efektywność leczenia. Różnorodność dostępnych metod znieczulenia umożliwia zindywidualizowaną analgezję w zależności od rodzaju zabiegu i preferencji pacjenta. Celem poniższego artykułu jest przedstawienie aktualnych i dostępnych metod znieczulenia podczas zabiegów z zakresu medycyny estetycznej i dermatologii kosmetycznej jako odpowiedź na intensywny rozwój tej dziedziny medycyny. Poniższy artykuł opiera się na obserwacjach własnych oraz piśmiennictwie znalezionym w bazie danych pubmed.

Abstract

Pain is a common symptom reported by patients during procedures of aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology. Effective analgesia affects not only patient’s satisfaction and comfort, but also effectiveness of the treatment. The variety of available methods of anesthesia enables individualized analgesia depending on the type of surgery and patient’s preferences. The purpose of this article is to present the current and available methods of anesthesia in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology as a response to the intensive development of this field of medicine. The article below is based on our own observations and the literature found in the pubmed database.
