This repository contains data and app source code for an interactive visualizer for supplementary data for Chapter 5: Detection and description of spatio-temporal patterns in multi-day extreme temperature events across Canada: A comparison of climatological observing windows in Methodological Considerations for the Comparative Analysis of Multi-day Extreme Temperature Events across Canada (DOI: 1807/125063), PhD Thesis of Conor I Anderson, submitted in conformity with the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Science, Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences, University of Toronto.
Data used in this visualizer are based on Environment and Climate Change Canada data (license) and created using functions that are available in the claut R package.
