MMUPHin: Meta-analysis Methods with Uniform Pipeline for Heterogeneity in Microbiome Studies

This is the version of the MMUPHin package used for the IBD meta-analysis paper, "Population Structure Discovery in Meta-Analyzed Microbial Communities and Inflammatory Bowel Disease". MMUPHin has had bug fixes and interface changes since then, but the method and implementation stays the same.
