DPS Transmitter integrated in COW QKD system
Description
This dataset comprises characterization measurements from the DPS Transmitter used as an integrated QKD transmitter in the UNIQORN Project. The files include initial characterization data of the chip including SOA laser performance, stability, laser spectrum, wavelength tuning, RF response and initial visibility for the QKD application. The performance of the transmitter in a COW QKD system was also investigated.
