SPIM example dataset for multiview registration using BigStitcher

BigStitcher registration example dataset:

• Original czi dataset: SPIM-5angle-3Ch-dataset.czi.zip (10 GB unzipped)
• downscaled dataset (2x in x and y): SPIM-5angle-3Ch-dataset_rescaled.zip (2.49 GB unzipped)

This is a 5-angle SPIM dataset imaged with the Zeiss Lightsheet.Z1 featuring a polyclad flatworm juvenile of the species Echinoplana celerrima. The dataset includes 3 channels (405 - nuclei, 488 muscle fibres and 561 - cilia) and can be registered using BigStitcher's MultiView Mode.

Beads can be detected only in the 561 channel. The transformation of this channel can be applied to all other channels.
