Sri Lanka's Economic Crisis: what is the immediate need, "Human Rights" or "Human's Rice"

Both rights and rice are indispensable for the betterment of mankind. Pragmatically in the context of Sri Lanka, the Rice should be an immediate and top priority before the Rights. It is the right to survival. First Thing First is a simple but always practical strategy in dealing with problems. Without mentioning political stability or national reconciliation, Sri Lankan people first need to have enough food to eat, medicine for medical treatment, and goods for their daily living. Then it is not late for the promotion of human rights or freedom of expression. At this moment, human rights can make some people satisfied, but it cannot prevent people from hunger. Human rights exist only if humans are alive.
