For files start with dif: first column is : UTC /s; second column is: differential phase delay / ps;
For CIR_density, first column is : relative width / degree; second column is: density / (N/cm3);
For CIR_dif_dly, first column is : t /h; second column is: differential phase delay / ps; It has considered the plasma density would decrease as the distance from the Sun increasing.
