Description
This paper explores the problems that J-Mission Enterprises faced as they operated their business. It encompasses both internal and external elements that they have experienced recently. Through careful examination with the use of interview and observation, they were able to determine that the business is experiencing a lot of negative factors that hinders the growth of their business such as technological incompetency and the competency itself of their employees. As the researchers study the matter, they were able to develop methods that would be advantageous to the organization. These developed methods include eliminating risks by enhancing strengths and seizing opportunities that the organization has that would mitigate its deficiencies. In addition, the researchers found out that the primary strategy they need to implement is backward integration strategy. The researchers came to five (5) findings, which will be covered in detail in this paper.
