This minor release updates the formatting of summary tables.

The previous major update addressed major revisions following first peer review:

• Longer data period assess to allow data be subset into pre- and post-TMDL and allow appropriate comparisons.
• Logistic Regression removed and simple odd-ratio calculated since confounders are not addressed here.
• script updated to write tables to html files
• metadata updated
