Hybrid Price-Quotas Policy - Discrete/Continuous Choice Model

  This publication contains the data and code used in the structural estimation of the political parameters and an irrigation-water demand function for the case of Israel in the late 1980s, using a discrete/continuous choice model developed based on equilibrium conditions in a political-economy game with respect to a hybrid price-quotas policy to control the use of natural resources.
