hCoCena - Horizontal integration and analysis of transcriptomics datasets
Description
hCoCena is an R-package that allows you to integrate and jointly analyse multiple transcriptomic datasets or simply analyse a single dataset if you don't want to do any data integration! hCoCena uses network representations of the data as the basis for integration.
