F77 program to calculate responses for given forcings

This is a fortran program to calculate responses such as the meridional circulation, time tendency of zonal wind and temperature, for an subset of forcings in the zonal-mean atmosphere such as the eddy forcing, friction, and diabatic heating etc, as was shown in the following papers: Kuroda, Y.
