LRPatel1/SLIDER: SLIDER v1.0.0

FIrst release of SLIDER, an algorithm to score CRISPR screens in which cells collected by fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) are compared to a paired unsorted control. The algorithm is implemented as an Rscript intended for use as a command line tool. For screens with multiple sorting replicates, please refer to the instructions provided at github for how to combine outputs from multiple replicates.
