This code includes the Supervised Local Maximum Variance Preserving (SLMVP) dimensionality reduction technique used in the paper  'A Combination of Supervised Dimensionality Reduction and Learning Methods to Forecast Solar Radiation'. The code is programmed in Python language. It includes the definition functions of the method and a main section that shows how to execute it in a classification problem. 

The use os this code is licencse under CC-by-author and you can use it freely on your own risk.
