Description

API-breaking release, tho only of a method introduced in Bacting 0.0.38. It also brings in two helper managers to get CSL-JSON for PubMed and DOI identifiers.

Bioinformatics managers

  • bridgedb.curie(String) (was bridgedb.compactIdentier(String))

Other managers

  • pubmed.fetchInfo(String) which a JSONObject with CSL-JSON for a PubMed identifier
  • doi.fetchInfo(String) which a JSONObject with CSL-JSON for a DOI
