The authors of this article reveal the features of the development of statehood in Central Asia in the IX-XII centuries. Particularly emphasized the political administration in the Samanid period, when their domination did not lose its relevance. The article also analyzes the political, economic and cultural development of the countries of this period and provides information about the life and work of the first scientists of the First Renaissance, such as Ibn Sino, Beruni, Farobi, Khorezmi. Was also emphasized. the importance of developing the communications sector in this period. This article also reflects the basic principles of educating youth in the spirit of patriotism, and sets the stage for youth to contribute to the Third Renaissance in New Uzbekistan.
