The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) causes the disease Coronavirus-19 (Covid-19), which has caused many Covid-19 cases and deaths in the world, this condition is still ongoing and will occur in 2022 in a number of countries around the world. world. The Covid-19 pandemi has had an impact on the world's life order since it was first established in early 2020. The purpose of the review is to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemi on levels of physical activity and psychological stress, especially stress levels. The method in this systematic review was used the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. The Medline database (Pubmed) was used in this study published between March 1, 2020 and April 10, 2022 for articles related to the pandemi and its impact on physical activity and stress levels. The Covid-19 pandemi has had an impact on changes in healthy lifestyle behavior. There has been a decline in the level of physical activity in most of the world's population. In addition, the pandemi is also very influential on increasing stress levels. There is a significant relationship between decreased levels of physical activity and increased levels of stress. The Covid-19 pandemi affects physical activity and stress levels. There has been a decrease in physical activity and an increase in stress levels during the pandemi.
