Description
This study aimed to find out the factors compensation, working conditions, promotion, education and training have an effect on employee performance at Regional Secretariat office of Makassar. This study uses primary data through data collection questionnaire to obtain a sample of 124 respondents, the research conducted in July until September 2016. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study showed that of the factors, which will affect the performance of the employee compensation, working conditions, promotion, education and training, which show significant influence on employee performance is variable working conditions and compensation.
