Apparent Constancy of the Speed of Light and Apparent Change of Position and Time of Light Emission Relative to an Inertial Observer in Absolute Motion

This paper resolves a century old problem of (absolute) motion and the speed of light. The new theory reveals the subtle and intricate nature of light: co-existence of absolute motion and constancy of the speed of light.
