NULITATEA ACTULUI JURIDIC ÎN FORMĂ ELECTRONICĂ
Description
Summary
The civil legal act in electronic form is a variety of the classical legal act, and it re-presents the manifestation of the will of the natural persons and legal entities, directed to the birth, modification or termination of the civil rights and obligations. In these cases, there has to exist an agreement of the parties, which can give birth to an obligation for the third parties, only in the validity conditions provided by law. Otherwise, if the conditions of validity are not respected, obviously it will reach its nullity.
