- Bug fixed and performance improved
- data_is_shelled is added to the diffusion pipeline, internally (EDDY).
- --delvolumes is added to the functional processing pipeline to delete the first N volumes of the input 4D fMRI data.
- Now the users can run the pipeline on any path and no longer need to be in the pipeline path.
