caylamiller/actintracking: Initial release

This sample code accompanies the paper Extraction of accurate cytoskeletal actin velocity distributions from noisy measurements by C M Miller, E Korkmazhan, and A R Dunn.

sample_data.zip includes three sample images and track files on which the scripts can be run. They are a subset of the total dataset.
