Bio-LFSR
Description
Bio-LFSR is a biological 4D (2D spatially and 2D angularly) image dataset for virtual-scanning light-field microscopy, currently including 1350 pairs of low-and-high resolution images covering four species (synthetic samples, living cells, zebrafish, mice), six structures (beads, tubulins, membrane, mitochondria, neutrophil cells, vessels) and multiple imaging conditions (sample density, noise level, aberration level).
