Cellar: the central data repository of Publications Office of the European Union

Cellar is the central data repository of the EU Publications Office. Cellar stores and disseminates:

• Metadata based on the FRBR model, Ontologies, Thesauri and Controlled Vocabularies, and
• EU publications and data in various formats and languages (content can be multilingual). 

Cellar is based on Semantic Web principles and technologies and it is open to all citizens, promoting transparency and diffusion of knowledge via its interfaces.
