Description

Novel code includes 8 Matlab files:

Regular_network_for_Mode_1.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in regular networks under the interaction mode 1 (species compete to fill an empty site);

Regular_network_for_Mode_2.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in regular networks under the interaction mode 2 (species  seize each other's colony sites);

Random_network_for_Mode_1.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in random networks under the interaction mode 1 (species compete to fill an empty site);

Random_network_for_Mode_2.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in random networks under the interaction mode 2 (species  seize each other's colony sites);

Exponential_network_for_Mode_1.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in exponential networks under the interaction mode 1 (species compete to fill an empty site);

Exponential_network_for_Mode_2.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in exponential networks under the interaction mode 2 (species  seize each other's colony sites);

Scale_free_network_for_Mode_1.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in scale-free networks under the interaction mode 1 (species compete to fill an empty site);

Scale_free_network_for_Mode_2.m: Rock-paper-scissors games in scale-free networks under the interaction mode 2 (species  seize each other's colony sites).
