PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS AS A MEANS OF EXPRESSING THE KAZAKH LANGUAGE CONSCIOUSNESS

This article says that the phraseology of the Kazakh language is extremely rich and diverse both in composition and content. The vast majority of the entire arsenal of artistic and expressive means of the Kazakh language falls on phraseology. The richness of phraseology is determined not only by the volume, but also by the diversity of its content and the variety of structural and semantic types. This is due to the fact that phraseology, like other means of language, is the product of its long historical development. It reflects not only modern, but also archaic concepts that have come down to our days as echoes and relics of the distant past of the Kazakh people.
