Metagenomic course: data for mOTUs and SIAMCAT
Description
This repository contain metagenomic data. In particular:
- sample*.fastq represents three metagenomic samples (A, B and C);
- human_microbiome_dataset.Rdata, contains the taxonomic profiles for 124 patients measured 4 times each;
- *study1, are the tax. profiles and metadata for a colorectal cancer study with 106 patients;
- *study2, are the tax. profiles and metadata for a colorectal cancer study with 120 patients;
