Gli aspetti legali dell'Open Access

Il contenuto del poster mira ad analizzare e descrivere i diritti di utilizzo, capire chi li possiede e se è possibile un modello differente di gestione dei diritti. Il metodo usato è l’approfondimento del testo di E. Abadal dal titolo “Open Access. L’accesso aperto alla letteratura scientifica” insieme alla ricerca nel Database Sherpa-Romeo. Grazie a questi mezzi è stato possibile spiegare le Creative Commons e i Database: le Creative Commons sono uno strumento per la diffusione dei contenuti accademici e i Database spiegano i limiti legali dei sistemi utilizzati. Questi due punti sono fondamentali per definire gli aspetti legali dell’Open Access. A conclusione, la ricerca spiega i dubbi dell’autore e la proprietà intellettuale puntando a rassicurare sulla funzionalità del sistema ad accesso aperto.

The content of this poster aims to analyze and describe the rights of use, to understand who owns them and if it's possible a different model of management of these rights. The method used is the deepening of E. Abadal's text "Open Access- open access of scientific literature" together with the research on Sherpa Romeo Database. Thanks to these means, it has been possible to explain the Creative Commons licenses and Databases: Creative Commons are means for the spread of academic contents and Databases explain legal limits of used systems. These two points are primaries for defining legal aspects of the Open Access. At conclusion, the research explains the questions of the author and intellectual propriety aiming to assure about the functionality of the Open Access system.
