Podochilus khasianus Hook. f., Fl. Brit. India 6: 81, 1890
Specimens examined:— KACHIN. Putao District: 610−915 m, 15 Sep 1926, Kingdon-Ward 7366 (K); same loc., 570−590 m, 18 Mar 2009, Kurzweil & Saw Lwin KL 2540 (SING [s]). Also reported from Bago Region and Mon State by Kress et al. (2003: 87), but we have not seen material from these areas.
Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar, Indochina and southwestern and southern China.
