Erythrodes hirsuta (Griff.) Ormerod in G.Seidenfaden, Contr. Orchid Fl. Thailand 13: 12, 1997
Basionym: Goodyera hirsuta Griff., Not. Pl. Asiat. 3: 393, 1851.
Homotypic synonym: Physurus hirsutus (Griff.) Lindl., J. Proc. Linn. Soc., Bot. 1: 180, 1857.
Specimen examined:— SAGAING. Mawlaik District: 305 m, 15 Mar 1927, Chin 5762 (K). Also reported from Chin State by Kress et al. (2003: 78), but we have not seen material from this area.
Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, northwestern Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and southern China.
