Description of Female. Fully winged; length 6.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 8–10 yellow; mesosoma black; metasoma black-reddish; legs brown, except coxae black and tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate. Head flat, hairy, dull, granulated and completely sculptured by numerous longitudinal keels; occipital carina incomplete, not present on sides of occiput, present on ventral side of head, dorsally laterally reaching eyes; temple absent. Pronotum dull, hairy, granulated, with some keels on lateral regions; disc little humped; posterior transverse impression strong; anterior transverse impression weak; posterior collar short. Scutum completely sculptured by longitudinal keels. Notauli complete, little distinct among longitudinal keels of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels on posterior surface. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part. Procoxa shorter than head. Protrochanter less than three times as long as broad. Protarsal segment 1 about twice as long as segment 4. Segment 3 of protarsus produced into hook. Enlarged claw spatulate (Plate 79C) with one subapical tooth and one row of 13 very long lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 79C) with two rows of about 39 lamellae extending continuously to distal apex (five lamellae are much longer than others). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
