- Improve accuracy of resonances: https://github.com/JYU-IBA/jabs/pull/19
- Last brick of the simulation is now invalidated if reaction product stops in the sample. Simulations that extend to lower energies could be very strange, now the low energy cutoff is more well controlled.
- Bugfixes and better debug output
