Description
The red-spot hairy field spider Neoscona triangula (Keyserling, 1864) described as Epeira triangula from Mauritius is known throughout Africa. The species is commonly found in South Africa and its general morphology, web-building behaviour and distribution are discussed along with images of live specimens.
